Rotando periódicamente con trigo y soja, se realiza en los mismo suelos para obtener la mejor producción de la tierra, ocasionándole la menor agresión posible.

El maiz pisingallo se produce con el control de trazabilidad total. Este implica un cuidadoso seguimiento de proceso de producción en todas sus etapas, partiendo desde la semilla hasta el embarque, permitiendo identificar el origen de los granos despachados.

Este maíz se acopia y procesa en la zona rural en los mismos campos donde se produce y desde allí se lo despacha en forma directa al destino final, en síntesis es una relación directa desde el lugar de producción y el centro de consumo.

A su vez nuestro proceso de clasificación cuenta con un detector de metales con una gran captación de partículas ferromagnéticas pequeñas y grandes, lo que permite que sea indispensable para la producción de maíz pisingallo para microondas.

Maize grows in the same fields as other crops, like wheat and soybean, which are periodically rotated so as to get the best results with the least damage to the soils. It is also produced with total traceable control. This process –from seed to shipment- allows the identification of the origin of the traded grains.

This maize is stored and processed in the same rural area of the farms where it is produced and from that place sent directly to its final destination, therefore creating a close relationship between place of origin-place of consumption.

Moreover, our process of classification includes a metal detector which attracts small and big ferromagnetic particles, essential for the microwave popcorn maize production.

Our production plant also has a laboratory to test all the technical characteristics of the product that each customer requires.
